Return PolicyIf you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of delivery. All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers). Failure to do so may result in a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or with missing tags.
Products Damaged During Shipment
If an item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim is resolved, we will provide a substitute product of equal value to the customer. If the item is urgently needed, the customer also has the choice of purchasing an additional item. After which we will refund the amount of the purchase.
